Our Technical Service department enhanced by only the finest technicians is capable of total refurbishment to "As New Productivity Level."

Refurbishment of equipment consists of a five step process that includes:

  Cleaning
  Painting
  Inspection
  Replacement of worn parts
  Performance testing

This process begins with the cleaning of all machines in our Cryogenic Cleaning Room. After removal of foreign matter, every machine is meticulously inspected for worn parts and mechanical condition. Any parts found to be worn beyond manufacturers standards are replaced. If needed, the machinery is painted to restore the original appearance. Upon completion of refurbishment each machine is reassembled and tested on site to ensure trouble free performance.
